Administration of Estate
We are currently offering a Discounted Professional fee for the administration of the estate (including vesting of family home in beneficiary/ies) of €4,750.00

Miscellaneous charges in respect of postage, phone, faxes etc. €200.00

(ii) Probate fees – scaled depending on gross value of the estate (to be ascertained TBA)

(iii) Other outlays payable to third parties such as swearing fees and law agent fees, property registration authority fees – TBA

The professional fee and miscellaneous charges attract VAT on professional fee at 23%
